15 year old girl,diet?

You are far too young to start losing weight, you are still growing!! When I was 15 I was convinced I was massive, yet I probably weighed like 100lbs (i wish i weighed that now). Enjoy being a teenager and stop worrying about looking 'toned' and 'skinny' - at the end of the day, who are you trying to please? You should learn to be happy with yourself instead of trying to be something that the media are telling you that you have to be. Go out, have fun, and stop worrying about this obsessive for young girls to be skinny!
