Can my PE teacher say this?

He says that were ' unfit, unhealthy and should be ashamed ' when we run! btw I posted this earlier and people assumed I was a fat American. I'm an almost under weight English person at a private school! and I'm not unfit, and if I am it's because they push us too hard so then I can't be bothered to do anything at home!
