I am a 19 year old female and I need help with some exercises for strengthening and losing weight from my thighs. I'm not over weight and I'm a fairly small person overall but my thighs are a bit chubby and I've always been really weak in the legs, which is really starting to bother me. I don't have access to a gym or any where to go for runs so if anyone can give me any ideas for leg exercises that don't require any equipment or leaving the house it would be much appreciated :)
