If my friend has unfit parents, could i adopt her?

It's not even funny how fast a court would shut you down. What do you know? You're 18 lol. Have zero kid experience, no house and work for McDonolds. If she needs new parents then they would come from family (grandparents/aunts and uncles) or, someone elses parents. How are your parents?
