I'm really short and gained weight... I look chubby!! :(?

heeeey since im a short girl when i gain even the littlest amount of weight i look FAT AS FUUUUUUCK :( it makes me want to go mental. all i want to do is lose 6 lbs but i cant seem to! the fat doesnt go away but the numbers on the scale shrink. I NEED TO LOSE *FAT* :( im 5 foot bro.
