Any moms accused of being a BAD mom in court?

It is typical in nasty child custody cases for one parent to make false accusations against the other. Fortunately most court systems can see pass the lies. Your ex will have to prove all of the accusations that he has made. Unfortunately how the system works is that once an accusation is made they have to follow up and do an investigation, child protective services will be out at your house to interview you, and to have a look at your child's living conditions. Fortunately, it is highly unlikely that you ex will get sole custody or even become the custodial caretaker as the child has been with you since birth. My sister was accused of similar things and child protective services could see right through the false allegations. But there will be no justice for you having to go through this because the system doesn't really go after people who make up lies like this. They will just put in their report that the accusations were unfounded.
