Canada Medicals; abortion ? I am about to attend the Canada Immigration Medicals Test, I am pregnant now,?

I came to know that my pregnancy hamper the visa process, So I want to go for abortion, I want to have children after going to Canada, So If I opt to abortion will it affect my Medical test, will I be unfit in Medical test due to abortion, I am in confusion, can I go for it or not in this Crucial stage, Can I get through the Medical test ?
