I need some exercise tips i am extremley unfit, i danced for 5 minutes and could barely breath?
Try running. I used to be a horrible runner, but now I get the highest scores in my class for the mile and pacer. You can start with a slow and steady pace and make it harder as you go on. I am also a dancer so my running and dancing skills have been working together well. You don't have to just run. You can dance or do whatever activity gets you sweating. Just don't strain yourself like you did earlier. You can also stretch. It makes you feel good, and makes you more flexible. You'll eventually increase your stamina if you keep going. Try to stay as active as you can. It's unhealty to just lay around. Good luck!
