I'm an unfit parent and pregnant agian, will they take this child to?

My daughter-in-law lost three of her children due to neglect..No heat in January, We live in Indiana, she was proven to be lying to cps, and almost starved her new born to death that can up positive for pot. Cps took the children for starving the newborn..She is a prositute and does pills and pot, she gave up her parental rights to all the kids..Now she is pregnant again!! Will they really let her keep this new baby??? She had the kids taken only one and a half years ago...She has not changed and is a stipper and prositute still, no job, and don't pay her bills or rent..I called CPS just to let them know that she is pregnant again, so they can contact all of the Hospital in are area..She has not changed and never did the classes for CPS and failed every drug test for pot..So her mom got a lawyer and took custody of all three..And gave up any right's to the children..Her Mom let's her watch the children 5 days a week while the mom works. She can have vistatation but five days a week? If CPS knew this my grandbabies will be gone forever...What do I do?? Will they really let her keep this new baby?? I think this is so wrong, and the mom that took the kids are wrong because the CPS will take the kids from her, and we will never see them ever again..Robin
