Should I let my mom have her dog?

it doesn't sound to me like she is going to hurt or neglect or damage this dog, it just sounds like she may not know how to train it. i had no idea what i was doing when i got 2 dogs but i took them to some obedience classes and they are fine, so maybe you can suggest that to her if your worried. when it comes right down to it though she can have a dog if she wants and you really don't have any say so in the matter
