What does this dream mean?

I saw this guy i know, we fought and dont talk anymore. He gave me in the dream a huge chubby bright looking baby and said that this was ours and hes been taking care of it while i was away. I didnt know i had a baby in the dream and i took care of it he was by my side all the time and his friends too.
