Why are my cheeks chubby looking?

I'm 15 and I've had my braces for 3 years, I've had a expander, something to make my jaw come out a little, just about everything done to my mouth. I would like to say I get them off in November, my cheeks look chubby, when I get them off will they go down? My gums are a bit inflammed too, will those go down and look healthy?
