Would hemophilia (혈우병) disqualify you for the Korean military draft?

If it was severe when you were a child, where your life was endangered, but now it's mostly only occasionally bad nosebleeds from teenage years and on (not bad enough to endanger life however), would your medical history still fail you as unfit for service? Would they reassign you to something else like medical service or something instead of being a soldier? Would you not have to serve at all?
